We are pleased to share that as of December 2022, Officevibe has reached SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. The Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type II is an audit that ensures a high standard of accountability in regard to how a company or product handles sensitive information and data.

Encryption
Data is always encrypted at rest using AES 256 and in transit using TLS 1.2. Database backups are performed at a high frequency and encrypted at rest.
Backup Data
We use multiple backups processes going on simultaneously. Your data is backed-up multiple times every day to ensure maximum safety.
Access management
Only a select few senior production support staff have access to customer data. MFA and VPN are required for access. We have SSO through SAML 2.0 so you can manage user access.
Hosted in North America
We are hosted on Azure on different servers located mostly in the US and Canada.
Vulnerability Management
Regular manual and automated scans for vulnerabilities are done and reviewed. In addition, we have a private bug bounty program with HackerOne for continuous intrusion testing and independent audition by a third party.
Incident management
Our Response Team is well prepared to handle any incident. Our clients are notified within 48 hours in the event of a breach or compromise of Officevibe’s security program resulting in a real risk of significant harm to individuals.

Internally, dedicated teams exist for application and operational security with the full support of upper management.
In addition, all Officevibe employees undergo a background check and are required to follow multiple security and awareness programs that include general and developer-specific training with hands-on testing.
